As a personal data administrator we inform you, as website http://www.moje-klinika.cz users, about the way of the personal data handling and principles leading to privacy protection.
Personal data processed in our activities
If you contact us through the website or email addresses thereof, you may be asked to complete some data about yourself or your workplace when filling in the application form for the organized event. The data potentially required is especially

- Part of birth registration number
- Workplace name and address
- Telephone contact
- E-mail address.
Reason why we process your personal data
The contacts and data provided to us by you are used to give you feedback, provide you with needed information as required from us, or, for us to be able to fulfill the contract or order subject (provision of education). We may use your email address, name and surname for sending other offers to inform you about programs, seminars, and events, which we organize and which could attract your interest.
Way of your personal data handling
To provide the personal data for the purposes of the contract fulfilment and for the purposes of response to questions raised or information required by you is our contract requirement, and failure to provide that may result in non-conclusion of the contract or non-provision of response to questions asked by you. Your personal data processing for the purposes of sending other offers of next seminars and events may be refused by you anytime, without any influence on our further relationship. In that case please send an email with requirement of cancellation of other offers sending to firstname.lastname@example.org, or other address, from which you have received the offer. From that moment on your personal data shall not be processed for a/m purposes. We may hand over your personal data as a part of the contract or order fulfilment to our sub-suppliers (accommodation services providers, lecturers, consultants, etc.). We will process your personal data for the period of time when we will provide you with our services, fulfil our mutual contract, and, moreover, for the time necessary to meet legal archiving obligations (e. g. Act on accountancy, Act on archiving and registration, or Act on value added tax).

As related to your personal data processing rendered by us you have the following rights:
